Maker's Mark 46 French Oaked

A really good smooth wheated!

Delightful. A regular on my shelf

Tried at the factory. Wife loved it and ended up buying a bottle.

This has become one of my favorites.

Surprisingly good.

Flat and uninteresting. Oak notes and a little bit of spice, but no legs lets you know what you’re in for. No body, thin mouthfeel. Just excessive softness throughout, until the very back end when a light spice tingle surfaces… but its too little, too late.

So good i made a surprised face after the first sip. Wasnt thinking I’d be getting too much out of Makers but man, loved the vanilla and spice balance. Paired with a DC and a Grand Cathedral house cigar. Would drink again; would buy again.
