Reviewed December 5, 2017 (edited May 11, 2019)This smells just like a barrel house! Its aroma reminds me of fresh espresso or french roast ground coffee. The taste starts off light and sweet quickly turning to heat unless some water or ice is added. The bottle I purchased was from 2016-6 and proofed at 111%.
