Reviewed August 24, 2020 (edited September 22, 2020)2nd time review but this time with a single Ice cube. Nose - some ethanol burn expected from the proof, cinnamon, spices, tobacco and some subtle yet very refreshing bananas. Taste - very full, rich and robust start to finish. Vanilla kicks this one off like other makers mark products. Some nice heat to this one even after an Ice cube. Tobacco oak and cinnamon are on the finish which is medium to short. Overall - going to keep playing around with this one. I like it but don’t love it compared to some other barrel proof offerings.
