Tasting Notes
"A whiff of this bourbon is like smelling fresh kettle-cooked popcorn that's just been coated in caramel alongside a pot of spiced applesauce. The palate is quite oily, with layers of tart dried apricot, milk chocolate, caramel, toasted peanuts, clove, cinnamon, allspice, and toasted oak. There is a faint sage-like herbaceousness toward the finish, with additional caramel-cocoa flavors, warm spice, oaky char, and a medium spark of heat. "
