Maker's Mark Private Selection Panna Cotta

Beautiful rich aroma, butterscotch and vanilla. Flavor is initially super sweet and rich, caramel and vanilla ice cream. Then there's a spicy light tail that the richness carries for a while. Big ethenol hit, but its balanced well. Lovely.

Picked this up at the distillery following our tour. Slight ethanol on the nose, along with the classic Maker's aromas. Oak presence on the palate, and a nice medium mouthfeel. Ethanol returns during the numbing finish. Decent, but hoping the ethanol mellows a bit with time.
