A toasted marshmallow, if it was a bourbon.

There’s a unique character to this taste. It’s like a sweet banana mixed with a nibble on a cinnamon stick. The woodiness of the cinnamon stick is what tantalizes me the most, but the banana/honeydew sweetness sneaks in just enough to make the flavors dynamic.

My favorite bourbon. Strong nose with cedar, oak, and a maple vanilla sweetness
