"Although this rum is distilled with neutrality and cocktail base in mind, there is quite a bit going on in the nose, Cotton candy, apricot, and subtle steely minerality that shows its head in much more expensive products. The palate is cool, balance, and yes, mostly neutral, but the subtle hints of white sugar and mild spice. Perfect for simple cocktails where white rum is the star, yet won't overshadow other ingredients."
