Mars Iwai 45 Japanese Whisky

Fairly unremarkable. I still don’t know shit about describing whisky apparently.

Very unremarkable. Not bad. But not good. Best of the Japanese whiskey I have had to date.

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Sitting pretty with hues of pale rusty sunset orange, very thin legs; 👃: Strong hints of alcohol, oakiness, tannins; 👅: Alcohol hits you hard if you drink it the wrong way, HOLY SMOKES!!!, didn't really taste much else... 🏁: Fortunately the taste doesn't linger too long. THANKFULLY. It does leave an oily aftertaste that stays with you.

Corn flake cereal on the nose and maple syrup oatmeal taste
