Nose is sweet, salty, green, bell peppers cusp the end of the nose. Grassy, clean, green settles into a raw green bell pepper profile. overall settles like a mouth of moss. If mezcal could be further classified as a "rye" per se this would fit the bill.

The real question posed by this mezcal is this: do you know good mezcal or is mezcal an exotic catch-all term for anything distilled in Mexico from something you would describe as a cactus but is not, in fact, a cactus? Look, y'all you can spend fifty bucks on something and that makes it worth fifty bucks . . . but that don't mean its worth fifty bucks. Did they extend fermentation to increase ester formation? Newp. Smoke? Zero. Bonus points for high proof and weighty moutfeel. Worth your dime if your a silicon-valley techbro with more cash than taste. If you're a normal person, avoid. Just like you should avoid most mezcal.
