Reviewed July 10, 2023 (edited July 11, 2023)The nose opens immediatelt with sweet oak and floral rye spice, with a bit of a kick of black pepper and butteriness rounding it out. Ripe fruit develops as the nose continues to evolve as it breathes. The palate is rich and hits the corners of the mouth with rye spice as sweet oak is in perfect balance to it. It gradually turns dry as you swirl it around the mouth, while the butteriness and fruit round it out. The finish is medium long with rye spice hanging in fhe corners of the mouth while sweet snd creamy oak slowly, and wonderfully fades.
