Corn, buttery, nutty. Creamy sweetness. Some sips reveal more corn; some more nuttiness; some more sweetness. Same with the nose. Does that make this complex? Maybe not, but it works. It feels fresh; nothing artificial or fake here. Finish is short (not unexpected), but smelling the sweet aroma from the empty glass makes up for that. $17.99 for a litre. Oh yeah!
