Metaxa 7 Star (1990s)

*tried this from an old bottle my grandmother had stored. Nosing: sweet dried raisins, oak, marzipan and homemade marsala. Cinnamon and cloves are also evident on the back end. Tasting: sweet candied lemon peel, red and white raisins. Has a nice oak aftertaste too. Has a good body with a nice winey finish. There's lots a vanilla in this as well. Definitely sets itself apart from other brandies.
