Mezcal Don Balta Cuishe

Very fruity and green. Melon, apple, squash, fresh cut grass, oregano, some wood and very light smoke. Fresh and smooth, fruity sweetness, a touch of smoke, green. At first it didn’t grab me, but after a while I enjoyed its subtlety more.
