Tasting Notes
"This medium weight, somewhat viscous mezcal has a rich backbone of vanilla and milk chocolate. Then a rush of hot spice, green pepper, grapefruit and lime zest explode excitedly on the palate. The finish is quite hot and spicy with a lingering bitterness and only a slight hint of smoke. "
