RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Chocolate opens up the noseāthe coveted, crispy and burnt corners of brownies, along with cinnamon, cloves, and sour cherries, as well as oak and cedar. The palate showcases vanilla taffy and salted caramel moving towards the back end, with tannic, slightly green oak. The finish is a smooth drive into a vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, and rye spice sunset. (Barrel #19F965)."
