Prefer this to US *1 Small Batch. Great nose with mint and palate of grass and honeysuckle. Would make a killer OF.

Nose: tobacco, rye, cinnamon, chocolate Taste: chocolate, pretty thin almost watery, similarities to Willet pot still bourbon with a citrusy cake aspect Finish: very dry with some minty freshness, nice heat, rye comes through as a little licorice After reading reviews: marmalade makes sense from the flaviar notes - I think that’s the similarity to Willet with this being more orange than lemon, not sure what honeysuckle is like so don’t know what to think of that, I get the pepper as the spicy heat note, but the butterscotch wasn’t apparent to me

Very balanced with not too much alcohol on the nose. Delicious sweetness and a smooth slow finish with the right amount of burn.
