The two adjectives in the flavor profile generated by Distiller are bang on here - sweet and rich. If this were a wine, it would be an oaky California chardonnay - ripe, buttery, and round. The nose is classic, but with a twist as it's clearly dulce de leche instead of generic caramel alongside the vanilla and spice notes...the milky, buttery quality is discernable. The palate is rich and coating, with plenty of sweet vanilla, dulce de leche, cinnamon, and a hard-to-peg fruitiness. Quite nice!
