Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Vanilla on the palate with baking spice towards the end, peppery finish. Like the upfront taste but do not like the peppery spice over time.

Ethanol heavy pour. Nice notes and long finish, but not necessarily smooth.

Nose: it’s all here. Brown sugar, vanilla, Carmel, slight ethanol Palate: buttery good flavors. Carmel, barrel spice, vanilla Finish: slight tingling on the middle of the tongue. Not a long finish. Goes down really easily. Overall: it’s a great pour. They got it all right the proofing, the flavors and the nose. Also at 45 dollars it’s a gem. I have had the toasted too it’s 100 dollars more. I find this is just as good for 100 dollars less.
