Milam & Greene Single Barrel Straight Bourbon

Somewhat weak nose of oak, pear, cinnamon, and cherry. Sweet and fruity; cherry, cinnamon, char. Short sweet finish. Very smooth, and tasty, but ultimately weak overall.

Smooth, not much burn.

Best one of Milam I’ve had other than a barrel pick

Note - Pineapple upside cake. Ethanol. Little funky. Smells like gas finger. Smells like fruity pebbles before its dyed. Palate - The ethanol smell portrays through the flavor. When you think of a peanut shell there are three layers: The outer hard shell, the inner soft shell and the nut. This tastes like the inner soft layer. Finish - The palate all the way down.

Not a huge fan of bourbon but really like this one. Smooth as hell, oaky.
