Mocambo 20 Year Rum

Nose: burnt/caramellised sugar, subtle fruity notes, vanilla Palate: oak, raisins, dates, caramellised sugar towards the end Finish: fairly dry and lingers

Delicious and somewhat complex. Definitely fig and raisin, and caramel.

Neat looking bottle for sure! Main aroma is brown sugar, followed by hints of molasses and almost-burnt caramel. Too much alcohol burn to get much flavor but the finish is black licorice -- yuck! This is definitely not for me. Tastes based on neat sipping.

Mexican Rum! “Molasses - Roasted Brown Sugar, hints of Vanilla” Let a cube of ice melt on this one. 20 year single barrel for @ $35 you can’t beat it!
