Tastes

Nose: Very sweet. Hints of brown sugar and marzipan. Tiny fruity hint Taste: Slightly dark and boozy front, slowly turns sweet Finish: Sweet, tiny bit fruity. Does not linger very long

N: Oak, pear, vanilla, hint of caramel P: Oak, pear, hint of vanilla, the ABV is quite pronounced on the palate F: Strong oak flavor with subtle fruity notes Tasting done neat. Very nicely balanced and the high ABV does not overwhelm the flavors. Quite pleasant to sip slowly. Will be interesting to see how it changes with some added water

Nose: Sugar cane, earthy, a tiny bit funky Palate: Fruity and vanilla notes, a hint of bitterness. Finish: Strong booziness that smooths out nicely Would benefit from a few drops of water to reduce the prominent alcohol flavor

Nose: Very sweet with sugar and caramel notes Palate: Citrus, a bit smoky. Hints of caramel Finish: Spicy, slightly harsh

Nose: Very mild, hard to discern aromas Palate: Toffee, citrus, vanilla Finish: Sweet and smooth, subtle sugar cane flavor

Nose: Nutmeg, vanilla Palate: Nutmeg, cinnamon Finish: Slightly sweet but quickly turns dry

Nose: Lots of aromas which makes it hard for me to separate them. One general armoa reminds me of christmas (saffron, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon) Palate: Nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon Finish: A bit light and dry This is a rum that will be very interesting to revisit after having more experience discerning flavors

Nose: Fruity and sweet. Difficult to discern specific aromas Palate: Citrus peel, slightly bitter Finish: Dry and warming
