Mocambo

Burnt caramel and woody notes with some alcohol punch. Pepper and cloves on the finish. Very deep flavour.

Caramel is strong on the nose with notes of banana, maple syrup, and toasted oak. Thin, sort of earthy taste of caramel and wood. My mini bottle says añejo, but not 20 years. It certainly seems much younger than that.
