Earthy on the nose, leaves an aftertaste of dried plum and smoke

Hmm...an interesting spirit. More salty than I was expecting and frankly than I would like. I do like the complexity and subtlety this spirit has though. However, on its own I feel like it is missing something that would make me love sipping it. I have found it is great to mix with Tequila to create an Oaxaca Old Fashioned. In that cocktail its subtly and flavors work well.

Tried it at techo and really liked it. Nice n smoky.
