Mortlach 12 Year "The Wee Witchie"

Smells and taste just like other speyside. I had it on the rocks. So need to try a straight pour to explore it better.

Seems similar to many other 12 year Speyside Scotches with musty apples, malt, pancake batter, some mineral notes and hints of nutty sherry. There’s a little weightiness and sulfur and a slightly bitter medium finish. Meh.

Reminds me of highland park 12
