"The aroma of the rum delivers notes of dark chocolate, funky heavy minerals, toasted almond, and vegetable-laden astringency. The first sip of the rum provides notes of apricot, banana, dried apple, and tart lime with sweet caramel punctuating the flavors. Notes of toasted coconut, limestone, and charred oak form as the rum quickly fades in a dry finish."
