Tasting Notes
"Pouring the rum in the glass brings the aroma of sugared banana and pineapple with hints of oak and allspice. On the palate the sugary fruits found on the aroma dance across the tongue with the oak tannins joining in midway. Subsequent sips reveal allspice and a pop of menthol, with a light hit of acetone as the alcohol lights up around the mouth. All of this combines into a long, light bittersweet finish."
