Tasting Notes
"There's a moderate intensity of sweet honey and grain notes along with some lemon peel and musty oak. Further nosings brings out a dried herbal component. The whisky has a decent weight and light oiliness on the palate. It also feels more spicy than sweet on the tongue. The nuances are nice and offers a little dimension. Overall, it's bittersweet with light oak flavors and the finish has a decent length to it. No need for water really, but okay to add a touch to soften the spicy edges. "
