An aromatic, carbon-negative, Gin by Master Distiller, Kirsty Black in Highland, Scotland crafted with peas. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, citrus, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of juniper, lemongrass, citrus leaf, peas, pine & quinine; that led to a zesty death of medium length.
