An intense, carbon-negative, Vodka by Master Distiller, Kirsty Black in Highland, Scotland crafted with peas. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, flowers, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of peas that led to a slightly spicy death of medium length. November 2023
