Reviewed July 9, 2021 (edited March 1, 2022)Nose - Sweet, charred wood. Light caramel or vanilla but nothing else really going on. Palate - Classic Tennessee Whiskey flavor profile with a touch of heat. Vanilla, Caramel, and cinnamon are all present. Plantains are slightly there but not sweet enough to be banana. Finish - Sweet heat, but the heat isn’t too harsh. -
