Reviewed February 14, 2022 (edited August 5, 2022)This is a spicy whiskey, that is good for the winter months. It’s good neat, and better over stones, but it’s best in a warm winter cocktail. Try making some cinnamon spice tea and mixing a shot of this with it. Add sugar (to taste, and don’t be shy - it’s intense) and enjoy watching the snow fall; merry Christmas! -

Reviewed December 15, 2021 (edited October 7, 2022)Solid bourbon. Evan Williams BIB is still better and cheaper. But if this is a taste of what is ahead for Green Brier’s own still, there’s reason to be hopeful. Hopefully the prices don’t go up as the whiskey gets older. I pick up a grassy nose over a yeasty base. The palate is a bit thin, driven by a sweet, yeasty, shortcake flavor. Don’t get me wrong, this is a very drinkable whiskey.30.0 USD per Bottle
