True to its name, Triple Juniper Gin is made produced using juniper three ways. First, juniper steeps in a neutral spirit for about 24 hours. Then more juniper is both added to the still as well as placed in a vapor basket during the distillation process. Other ingredients include Australian coriander, angelica, orris root, pepperberry, and lime.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
"Very traditional, with juniper berries and lemon peel as the main aromas. Whiffs of angelica and coriander. The juniper is very prominent, as you might expect considering the production process. It is laudable to make such a juniper forward gin, but it would've benefited from a little more complexity. Works very well in a classic G&T or a Negroni."
