Tasting Notes
"A sweet, springy fragrance of lime and grapefruit zest, wildflowers, Italian parsley and mint bursts from the glass. The palate has a weighty viscosity similar to genever or Old Tom style gins. The florals are well integrated with the freshness of the juniper, with more citrus and minty wintergreen notes. In all, a nicely balanced gin that doesn't hide that it's still gin. "
