Seriously enjoy this one. Had no idea what to expect when i bought a bottle. Genuinely one of my favorites now. Its rich in cinnamon, vanilla, and even black licorice. Evolves with every sip

This has zero bite. Smooth. I'd buy a bottle...

In the nose I get spices, oak, dusty, leather, slightly vanilla. It tastes of strong vanilla, oak, Caramel, brown sugar. The sweetness lingers on the tongue.

Slight hint of caramel. Hot on the mouth. Still smooth

Caramel, hay, vanilla and sweetbread on the nose with a hint of orange. Promising start, which i love to see from a 4yr BiB. These are bottles i always root for. Palate follows through with some added cinnamon, clove, sawdusty leather and a tannic, mildly spicy finish with a hint of spearmint and sagebrush. Very nice.
