Nice and smooth good rye content

Though clearly a 4-yr BiB Bourbon it has a very young taste profile. Really bright new oak notes and a medicinal/acetone burn in the nose and into the finish. Would not purchase again.

Nose: bubble gum cotton candy hint of cinnamon and parsley Taste: really hard to place flavors on this one. I did capture a minty cinnamon finish. Lingering Kentucky hug. At times I get a harsh finish.

Third tase, this time with a small handful of ice cubes. Still a lot of spice, with a bit more sweet due to dilution and temperature. Can’t wait to try it in an Old Fashioned or a Black Manhattan.
