This 100% rye is smooth and tasty. Non-Chill Filtered. An excellent product in all aspects, except for the finish, which is a little weak. A little more ABV would do wonders for this already excellent rye. I would definitely buy this again.

First intro into anything from new riff, i get caramel, black walnut, some hints of vanilla, herbality, dryish oak and hay. The finish gets some more oak and the rye spice kicks in which is moderate and has a moderate dill/herbal finish. There is some mildy smoky notes i picked up too which i enjoyed as a scotch fan. New riff rye BiB is a got to in my book. Great price and excited to try the single barrel
