Nose: Sour and fermented grain which is what you’d expect but it’s a little unpleasant. Trying it again and I get under baked bread. Pallet: There is a touch of 95/5 along with dark coco and bitter fruit. Finish: Hot with some vapor but doesn’t last long. This is different bottle, if your into scotch or something a little earthy with heat then you may like this. Worth trying if you find it at your local bar.

IDK why but to me on the nose, i get an intense vanilla and chocolate pot de creme aroma. Like you can smell a rich sweetness. Then its super mellow rye spice with no spikes. Was hoping for some sweetness, but still an amazing offering. Hunting for my second bottle!
