New Riff 4 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Good color Smell is weak The vanilla is nice but the taste doesn’t really spark anything.

I see exactly what everyone means when they say with some age this will be something special. Tons of vanilla and smooth for a barrel proof bourbon, short spicy finish. A bit simple and could use some depth and complexity with some age, but I’m a fan and this is an easy sipper/crowd pleaser for sure.

Surprisingly fruity and has some spicy bite to it

Cherries on the nose and palate. Some heat and rye spice. Tastes a bit young, but still very good.
