New Riff 4 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Spicy, some fire embers sprinkled in, burnt bacon barrel wood.

Binny's pick # 15-4115, 7/15/15 to 10/1/19. Sweet oak and heat on the nose. Luxurious mouthfeel. Carmel cornbread with a bit of oak char followed by a nice long spicey finish. Excellent presentation. New Riff has my attention!
