New Riff 4 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

A little astringent but really opens up with a few drops of water. Really great taste of creme brûlée. Wish I had another bottle.

Super smooth with a great nose and finish

I love what this distillery is about and I have enjoyed every offering I have had. This bottle I get bright caramel with spice made mainly of rye with some baking spice , fruit is present along with strong oak while the finish is toasted oak with spice and occasional hints of fruit.
