Smokey and smooth

Nose: banana, tart, new oak Palette: rich, sweet, dark fruits Finish: slight peat

The first sniff was all smoke. The second sniff was all green apple. I love the smoke on the tongue. It's quite smooth and light bodied. The sweetness hits late. The fruit tastes dried, like apricot or raisin.
