Nikka Whisky From the Barrel

Higher AVB, has a kick one of my first Japanese whiskies a good introduction to Japanese whisky! Plus good value !

Good, but after Jim Murray 's extremely positive notes on Japanese whiskies I expected a true wonder. Well, at least for me no wonder here. Don't get me wrong - this is a good, rich whisky, maybe bit to sharp and quick finishing. But it is neither better nor worse then most of the Scotchs. Easy drinking tough :)
