Tasting Notes
"Fresh lemons next to a beach fire is what describes the best the nose. The longer you sample it, the more complex it gets with orange peels, a whiff of smoke and peat, warm spices and creamy malt. Medicinal notes and toffee increase over time. The palate is very smooth, with lots of wood influence (vanilla and honey) and spices (cloves, nutmeg, cardamom and pepper). A soft sea breeze comes along with brine and peat. Delightful. The finish is long and warm, very comforting with burnt oak and hints of peat and mint."
