Noah's Mill Bourbon

This may need to be the mainstay bourbon at home. This is smooth and sweet without the syrupy feel that some bourbons have. The nose is a touch harsh but the aftertaste has good spice and fades quickly. Very drinkable good bourbon.

notes of cinnamon, mint, and allspice that blend with barrel notes of seasoned oak, toasted pecan, and burned sugar.

Fruits. Creamy and sweet. Easy to drink. Solid choice.

Extremely smooth

Rich nose of dark fruits, melon, grape, vanilla, cinnamon, oak and apple. Smooth for the proof. Tastes of nuts, raisins and other dark fruits, orange peel, oak, cinnamon and burnt caramel. This is delightful. I need more time with it.
