Noah's Mill Bourbon

Spicy all the way through. Nutty and Carmel smell.

What a wiskey, nose is full of baking spices, cinnamon, and a dash of clove. First sip I was shocked, not as spicy as you would think, so rich and full of leather and honeysuckle. Finish is more leather and dark fruits, cherry, plum. Top tier stuff

My return to Distiller and Bourbon after about 7 years and this one packs quite a punch. Subtle vanilla sweetness on the taste, as well as almost like melon, with heavy spice from the proof but still fairly smooth and drinkable. Overall much better then I remember when I first opened the bottle.
