Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon
Bourbon
Noble Oak // Kentucky, USA
This bourbon begins traditionally in charred new American white oak for a minimum of one year. It is then finished through what the brand describes as its patented Compression Finishing™ process using sherry staves sourced via Edrington.
This process uses cycles of heat and pressure to infuse the flavor into the whiskey. The brand plants a tree for every bottle sold, with over 500,000 planted or committed via partnership with One Tree Planted as of summer 2022.

Tasting Notes
"The nose offers tannic oak upfront, along with red fruits including plums and cherries. On the palate, find cacao nibs and astringent coffee grounds, as well as allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. Towards the back, there are dried apricots, honey, and tart raspberries. Brown sugar and maple pop on a medium length finish, along with doughy wheat bread and leather."
