Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon

First sniff has a woody vanilla notes with a subtle spice. First taste starts smooth with a sweet vanilla and chocolate with a lite spicy finish. Good whiskey

Sweet vanilla aroma. Vanilla and leather give it a nice opening to the flavor profile. The sherry notes enter at the midpoint and carry through to the finish which is long and smooth. Nice flavor profile. I’d have given another point or 2 for a creamier mouthfeel.

Smooth and Canalis forward. Moderate spicy finish. Can tell it was finished in sherry casks/staves.
