Nolet's Silver Gin

Tasted for the first time in a martini with Dolin vermouth. Made for a very tasty martini! Mixed 3:1 up at Vinoy hotel in St Pete. I'd like to taste this again to see if it was the beautiful afternoon, the wonderful company, or the truly great cocktails we enjoyed.

Nice fruity gin. Good for a change of pace.

I rarely venture into the gin realm, but this is a fantastic one! No other gin has come close to this one.

Great in a g & t - floral and fruity, just as described. Complex and fairly subtle, so don’t overdilute. Tasted at caffe tremezzo, Dedham
