I don’t really know the language or the flavor profiles that make sense when describing gin. So let’s gooooo. This is a bourbon snob trying to understand gin. Much thanks to @ContemplativeFox for the pour! >>>~~~~~~~~~~<<< Nose is lemon, sawdust, pine sap. Dish soap maybe? Or maybe dish soap just also smells of those things. Fabric softener! Body is tangerine, lemon. It is syrupy sweet…almost too much so. Finish is where the pine comes back. Bit of marmalade lingers as well. This one isn’t my jam. It tastes like something you shouldn’t be drinking. I could not finish this. I don’t remember the last time this happened… but it’s been a very very long time.

Nolet's Silver Gin is a modern gin with aromas of juniper, rose, and Turkish rose. The entry is sweet with notes of juniper, rose water, and licorice. The lingering finish ends with rose water, baking spices, and coriander. Nolet's Silver Gin is excellent in a gin and tonic and in a martini with Noilly Prat in equal amounts. Be aware, if you don't enjoy rose scents or flavors, you might not like this gin.

A friend pointed out that the fruity floral flavor tastes medicinally, and now I can’t get it out of my head lol.

This gin took me by surpise. Had the juniper notes most gins do, but was strong and unique enough to garner a pour designation.

The initial flavor brings to my imagination the experience of being force fed dried lavender while being waterboarded with rose water and bubble bath. Floral gins should always be clearly labeled, and this one doubly so. Someone should be held accountable for such things. I very sincerely with that i may un-know what this tastes like. This gin makes me wish i were born without a mouth.

A lot of roses make this gin a dreamy experience. Definately my favorite but only for one gin tonic with a slice of pink grapefruit and float a rose petal, please. Use a very simple, unflavored tonic water as not to overtake the floral taste of the gin.
