Tasting Notes
"Pouring the cachaça in the glass releases an aroma of flowering trees in the springtime. As this dissipated, aromas of roasted walnuts, allspice, cloves and sweet fruit manifest. The first sip delivers a swirl of cherry vanilla followed by nutmeg, anise, black pepper notes. As these fade the roasted notes and wood tannins come out delivering a balanced mineral rich finish."
